The Boston Cello Quartet was founded in 2010 by four Cellists from the Boston Symphony Orchestra: Blaise Dejardin, Adam Esbensen, Mihail Jojatu and Alexandre Lecarme. Showcasing impeccable ensemble playing, the group published two albums featuring many original arrangements by Blaise Dejardin: Pictures (2013) and The Latin Project (2016). Opus Cello is their exclusive sheet music publisher.
The cello octet O-Celli was founded in 2011 in Brussels, Belgium, by cellists Sebastien Walnier and Alexandre Beauvoir. This daring and dazzling group has published three albums featuring their own arrangements: O-Celli fait son cinema (2013), Dances (2015) and The Sunnyside of O-Celli (2019). Opus Cello is pleased to be the exclusive publisher for Sebastien Walnier.
Founded by cellist Paul Katz, former cellist of the Cleveland String Quartet, and cello teacher at the New England Conservatory of Music in Boston, CelloBello is the preeminent Online Cello Resource Center for the global cello community, featuring cello lesson videos with foreign language translations; historical footage of legendary artist/ pedagogues; frequent blogs by notable performers and teachers; world-wide job and competition postings; online video chats led by prominent cellists.
